Going Down South Tomorrow

Tomorrow, I shall be going down south to KL with my colleague early in the morning. We will return by Wednesday. I have already been booked for an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) on Thursday at 9:30am at a local hospital for tendonitis and frozen shoulder. The medication and doctor’s consultation of $50 cost a total of $98.05. This is just the beginning and many more visits and thank goodness, I am covered by Prudential insurance and SOCCO. The maximum one can claim from Prudential is $3,000. MRI is about $800 in another hospital that I had gone for the same condition 3 years ago. My colleague will also visit his varsity mates who will gather there for a reunion at a local club in KL.

Meanwhile, Leia, my Pomeranian puppy was sent to pet boarding yesterday while the 4 Holland Lop rabbits were sent to pet boarding during dinner time. This frees us of our time taking care of furry kids!

So Busy Hustling

I flew back by Firefly yesterday afternoon having gone to KL early in the morning and waking up at 5:00am to catch the 6:50am flight with boarding time at 6:20am. When we came back, went to collect company’s t-shirts that are ready for payment to pass over 10 pieces to our workers in KL. Since they work in a factory, they have to wear uniforms to work and get permission to enter the premise to work. I also have to revise some of Trip101 articles which are thankfully, not many for this month.

Later tonight, have to print out old quotations for amendments to existing client and then revised the BQ for submission of tender by 12:00noon on Monday. On Tuesday, it was scheduled to settle the GST payment for the months of July to September. This morning, also went for physiotherapy for about 1 hours on my right arm, costing me $75.

Later on after dinner, have to buy a set of ink cartridges and paper that is running out, due to daily printing of enquiries, quotations, etc. Hence, this blog was unattended for the past few days due to work commitment. I also have dozens of trip101 articles to write and complete.

31 Days of Productivity

31 Days of Productivity

The above infographic showcases 31 days of productivity. Here are some of them that I shall pick up at random. Drink water as soon as you wake up. It is recommended to drink 2 glasses each morning before breakfast due to the 8 hours of fast or sleep. Organise your workspace and declutter unnecessary stuffs. Meditate for 10 minutes to recharge your inner being and rejuvenate your soul from the hustle and bustle of working life. Choose one task and automate it or delegate it. Let someone better do the troubleshooting if that is your weakness and spend productive time doing something else that you are good at and earns you more money.

Don’t spend too much time doing mundane things that appear to be your weakness and instead, concentrate on doing something which is your strong point. Eat a healthy meal such as fruits and vegetables, minus the carbohydrates if possible. And don’t forget to hug someone who loves you; could be your pet! 🙂

Reward yourself for your biggest accomplishment of the month. And whatever money you made, try to spend less than you earn for a golden retirement in years to come. Hopefully it is not woeful one like a real case in point: an accountant was afflicted with diabetes and could no longer work; finally without constant income, he had to sell off his house and live in the streets, becoming homeless with no family or friends to visit him. Such is a destitute case despite being a professional in his younger years! This is one extreme case, but we always hope and pray for the best and be generous to others so that wealth will come to you. What you fear in your heart may become a reality. So always focus on positive thoughts despite all the negative news and events happening worldwide.

I am writing an article about adsense safe traffic

I am not sure about this, but in 2011, when I bought traffic, my Adsense account was banned; And after 6 years, I got back my Adsense account explaining about the bought traffic that cause surge in visitors, which at that time, violates that terms and conditions. Meanwhile, I don’t know how reliable this is but use it with caution and you can check out Adsense safe traffic. Possibly Adsense might relax the rules due to stiff competition from Facebook Ads and others. But to me Adsense is still the number one contextual advertisement to go to for surfing or browing websites with Adsense.

And another tip is that: never ask people to click on your own Adsense banners or links repeatedly. This will definitely get you banned permanently. However, should you be interested in their advertisements, then you can check out but never click on it repeatedly. This is very crucial for the continuity of earning your Adsense and to cash out the payment via Western Union when you hit 100USD.

Play safe and play by the rules. Otherwise, all your hardwork of building websites, just to monitize on Adsense or other platforms will come to nought. But for those who are unfortunate enough to get banned by Adsense, there are many other Adsense Alternatives out there, but the threshold payout is only a mere 10USD and it takes years sometimes just to earn that amount. You may even get banned if you continue to click repeatedly. There is a system in place to check if you cheat. Hence, honestly is the best policy.

Happy Deepavali 2017

Empire Subang Gallery Kolam

First of all, I would like to wish my Indian readers a Happy Deepavali today, which is a public holiday for everyone. I love taking Kolams, or designs of coloured rice beads spread on the floor to create works of art. Above is a snapshot of the Kolam taken in Empire Subang Gallery, Kuala Lumpur. I was there for lunch and some business matters. This post may be a little late since I wanted to blog about it yesterday; but alas, the internet was down due to faulty splitter. It was resolved this morning, on a holiday like Deepavali.

Straits Quay Kolam

The kolam above was snapped in Straits Quay when I was there for the Matta Fair on the 6th Floor of the Convention Hall. Browsed around for a tour and went downstairs to meet up with my spouse at Uncle Albert’s Restaurant for some seafood chowder and fruit juice for dinner. The kolam here has elephant trunk design, typical of mystical India with elephants.

M-Mall Kolam

Here is the kolam below my condo at M Mall and you can see the logo of the one and only M Mall in Penang. It is a happening place and still is despite the controversies. Well, everything is settled now and I am happy things have returned to its status quo. The kolam here is certainly attractive, awesome and pretty! Happy Deepavali again!
