Philippians 4:6–7 BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING When faced with a challenge or crisis, our tendency is to get all anxious about it. But God does not want us to react this way. He does not want us to be anxious about anything. Instead, whatever the problem is, He wants us to go to Him in prayer and supplication, telling Him what we need and thanking Him for the answer. When we do that, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds from all worries, anxieties and fears. “Pastor Prince, it is easy for you to say, ‘Be anxious for nothing.’ Try living with my husband for one day. I have tried using tissue papers before but it just does not work. They will manage to escape and scurry away. I just slap them on the wall or floor with my palm for a higher chance of hitting the target, and then wash my hands with anti-bacterial liquid soap. My favourite laptop is now under repair as the hard disk almost crash with daily error messages and bad sectors when booting up. So I conveniently sent it to the technician downstairs to change to a new 1 Terabyte hard disk for $220 with backup another $80. He happens to own a computer peripherals factory in Butterworth.
