Now like a 31 years old, I purchase organic produce which must mean it’s free of boogers and go ahead and, it best reduce pesticides. But because a Mediterranean student having a wife, two kids along with a mortgage, the wallet feels stress when purchasing organic produce.

Demand from customers has increased for organic products, particularly in San Antonio, that has decreased the price some although not enough throughout the rough financial occasions.

And So I find myself wondering which from the non-organic veggies and fruits would be the safest to consume? A watermelon looks tough – it features a big thick skin. A juicy thin-skinned peach should be really tasty to bugs therefore the growers must spray the heck from it.

This rationale clearly isn’t fool-proof and didn’t put me comfortable when purchasing non-organic produce.

How to proceed? I signed up for Mediterranean school, reached the 2nd year diet course and located out what are twelve most pesticide ridden fruits and vegetables. Great idea, Ben. $50,000 later Now i know which twelve they’re.

Being strapped on cash again, I desired to refresh my memory. By doing this, I figured I might as well help the public too. This post is not new however it certainly might be a new comer to you.

Jean’s Interview with the star, David A.R. White

Background / Characters

  • Scott was a high-school basketball star with dreams of playing in the NBA. Fast forward 20 years, and he’s a janitor at the high school where he once played.
  • Ryan, Scott’s high school girlfriend, is now in charge of her father’s professional basketball team, The Silver Knights. Financial woes leave her no option but to host open tryouts to attract media attention and bring new (and cheap) talent to the team.
  • Nick, Scott’s best friend, coaches the high school basketball team and has dreams of being a pastor. He tries to mentor his friend, who is stuck in the past, instead of looking toward the future.
  • Scott’s father needs a heart transplant but won’t quit drinking and doesn’t go to his doctor’s appointments.
  • Scott attends the Silver Knights’ open tryouts and runs into Ryan at practice.
  • Scott makes the second round of players in open tryouts, and Ryan confronts him about why he’s pursuing this.
  • Ryan and Scott’s past is revealed, emotions run high, and it gets tense.
  • Scott knows the game well, proves his ability in the second round of tryouts, and takes on Coach Banks during practice.
  • As Scott and Ryan rekindle their romance, difficulties arise with the publicity they are getting.
  • As Scott spirals, he helps Pastor Lawrence coach a basketball of disabled players in wheelchairs.

Themes

  • “Don’t be afraid of losing because winning doesn’t teach you anything.”
  • Regret and hopelessness – despair causes us to distance ourselves from God
  • Letting the past dictate your future – trusting in God’s timing, not our own
  • Dreams and aspirations, with prayer and discernment, can be messages from God on what our lives are supposed to be
  • Can’t blame God for your choices
  • Sportsmanship
  • We aren’t promised an easy life, free from trouble, failure, or worry – we’re promised that we have God to lean on when problems arise – our sufferings aren’t meaningless (Job)
  • God is faithful – He’s still working on each of us, and we must be open to God’s possibilities for us.
  • Believing in yourself
  • Forgiveness
  • Gratitude and acceptance of talents and using them to glorify God
  • Allowing God to work through us with our abilities to be an inspiration to others
  • Expectations vs. reality and being open to God’s true purpose for our lives
  • Humility, gratitude, comparison to disabled basketball players
  • Let God work through us

Bible Verses

  • Jesus looked at them and said, “With man, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 (NIV)
  • The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full. – John 10:10 (NIV)
  • Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” – John 4:13-14 (NIV)
  • … in all your ways, submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. – Proverbs 3:6 (NIV)
  • Mortals, born of women, are of few days and full of trouble. – Job 14:1 (NIV)
  • For with God, nothing will be impossible. – Luke 1:37 (NKJV)

Dinner at Paper Lobster: The Best Meal of the Week

This Youtube ‘Dinner at Paper Lobster: The Best Meal of the Week showcases the vlogger’s dining experience with her family at the lobster restaurant specializing in seafood. A big bucket of cooked specialty with garlic butter sauce is generously poured onto the table and wrapped with a large white paper for easy cleaning later on. We had two flavors; (1) butter garlic sauce and (2) cheese sauce.

There were no cutleries, as you have to eat using your hands and fingers in gloves. It is easier to pick and eat this way, like the typical locals here when dining at any Indian or banana leaf restaurant, and it reminds me of this experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the seats were soft and comfortable.

The menu has a vast repertoire of selections with four types of gravies. I chose the Bestseller with a rather comparatively giant whole Boston slipper lobster in a bucket that was poured out with other ingredients like corn, broccoli, mushrooms, calamari rings, clams, and lots of garlic to whet our appetites.
