Reggie was arrested for stealing while being scouted to play college football – he lost the opportunity because of his criminal record. Reggie’s son, Apollo, refuses to see or hear from his dad as he pursues his dreams of coaching college football. Eleanor connects with Apollo and invites him home for Thanksgiving. Eleanor and Isaac argue over her intruding on his health and trying to reconnect Apollo and Reggie. Eleanor storms out but returns to apologize in the middle of the night. Jewels’ abusive boyfriend returns to the apartment, and their confrontation turns violent. An ambulance arrives and removes a body from the neighboring apartment complex and Drayvon is found wandering alone.
