The Greatest Speech Ever by Oprah Winfrey

Just watch this YouTube video by the first black self-made woman billionaire, Oprah Winfrey. It is rather lengthy, but worth the nuggets of wisdom imparted. Most of us feel demoralized by the daily grind of chores of family life and also career-wise. Sometimes we are so bogged down by toxic people that we should avoid at all costs. They could be in our circle of friends, relative and family. They don’t want to see us succeed and say or do things that hurt us to boost up their inflated egos.

That is probably why the famous food critic, Anthony Bourdain and well-known designer, Kate Spade, committed suicide within 3 days apart. These two people are successful, established household names, yet they took their own lives. The Bible states that “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” – Luke 4:4. Luke was a doctor or only physician mentioned in the scripture. You can just Google this up for the various versions on different bibles.

Anyway, I am a little busy with work and some issues cropped for the company. So, I have to do my part and contribute in whatever way I can. A little about Oprah from Wiki here:

Oprah Winfrey (born Orpah Gail Winfrey; January 29, 1954) is an American media proprietor, talk show host, actress, producer, and philanthropist. She is best known for her talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was the highest-rated television program of its kind in history and was nationally syndicated from 1986 to 2011 in Chicago, Illinois. Dubbed the “Queen of All Media”, she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America’s first multi-billionaire black person, and has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American history. Several assessments rank her as the most influential woman in the world.
