5 Happy Tips to Keep Your Chin Up July 7, 2019 bizadmin Being happy is a necessary trait to have. When you are pleased with a purpose, you become productive. You will attract like-minded people as ‘Birds of a Feather Gather Together.’ Avoid negative, gossiping people and look for a mentor who can show you the way to higher knowledge. You may have to pay for it, and if you are lucky enough, the mentor will take you under his or her wing to teach you the ropes. I am in no position to teach as I am still learning the way of life, working, and getting along. From the infographic, one of the way to keep your chin up is to do something impulsive, out of the ordinary. By this, don’t go overboard and go bungee jumping, for instance. Read a book and learn something new. Keep focusing on it until you succeed. Secondly, have rituals and cultivate good habits. For example, learn a new recipe to cook for your family or read a book on programming and responsive website designing, which is now the trend. Wake up early and exercise before studying and going to work. This will release endorphins, the feel-good hormones, to keep you happy. Thirdly, exercise at least 10 minutes a day like walking your pet dog, or on the treadmill. Even doing housework like sweeping or mopping the floor will burn some calories and help to maintain your weight. Fourth, prevent burnouts by taking coffee breaks and relax your eyes from the computer screen or monitor if you are sitting for too long doing programming or micro-jobs. Rest your eyes and body from the hustle and bustle of working life now and then. It is suitable for you. Finally, learn something new every day. Buy a book and do self-discovery learning (Piaget’s theory), which is the BEST form of education. Otherwise, find a tutor who can speed up the process or people with acquired knowledge that you need to glean. Okay, that’s it for now from my humble point of view with regards to the above infographic.
