Happiness is now considered one of the essential fundamental needs of all human beings. The global leadership agrees on the UN platform that the Pursuit of Happiness is also a fundamental right of every human being breathing on the face of Earth. It is the responsibility of the national and international leadership that has an obligation towards the masses to facilitate them in the pursuit of happiness.
