How 19 Dropshippers Got Their First Sale 🚀 July 13, 2019 bizadmin Kobe Gatsby, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Moment My first sale was unexpected. I had built two stores already and was starting to re-evaluate my process, wondering if I was doing this right. The ad went out at 3pm and the results were typical; little traffic, a few comments, $0 sales. Later that afternoon I wrote it off as another trash ad. Then an unfamiliar ka-ching sound went off. And then another. It was $60 in sales in two minutes. The Advice The best way to get your first sales are through Instagram influencers or basically any traffic source other than Facebook directly. Instagram influencers allow you to use common sense and target a niche of people who are passionate about what you are selling. You’ll get proof of concept and make a little money too if you do it right. The entire purpose of this is to get that pixel data and move to Facebook ads, which are the holy grail. From there it’s relatively smooth sailing. So you’ve finally taken the plunge. You’ve started your own ecommerce store. You’ve spent hours deciding on what to sell, finding reliable suppliers and setting up your store. And now it’s time to make sales. But let’s be honest, this is the hardest part. “Build it, and they will come,” might sound great on paper, but in the ecommerce world it’s not that straightforward. Getting to that first sale requires a solid dose of hustle and creativity. And for every entrepreneur, getting there is a little different. But what does the journey to the first sale really look like? To answer that question, I spoke to 19 ecommerce and dropshipping entrepreneurs about their path to the first sale. They shared what it felt like at that moment, hearing the sweet ka-ching sound as their Shopify app notified them of their very first sale. They’ve also shared what marketing channel got them their sale, the mistakes they made along the way, and their best tips for anyone still trying to make it happen. Shri Kanase, Fashion Dropshipper The Moment I still remember the day like it was yesterday, because that specific moment jump started my entire business career. I had just gotten home from a long day of school and as always, rushed to see whether my Instagram influencer ads had provided any results. At this point I had gotten used to seeing an empty dashboard. But this day was different. Not only had I gotten my first sale, but the customer had actually ordered two of the items! I froze in my chair, unable to properly understand what I was seeing. The moment was such an achievement for me that I cried a little that day. My first sale came 17 days after opening my third Shopify store. The Advice The biggest thing that made the difference between my previous two failed stores and this one actually getting results was that I took the time to find out where my audience hung out. Instead of blindly jumping into one marketing platform and emptying my pockets, I spent hours doing market research beforehand and tried to find magazines, community pages and the key celebrities that dominated my niche. For this first product, there were a handful of Instagram influencers and I simply tapped into them. “Never spend money before doing some digging into markets.” Ran Moore, eliotgrey.com The Moment After suffering a heart attack last year in April 2017, I had to find another way of earning money while working from home. I started my ecommerce business in November of the same year. At first, I had a few different men’s fashion products, but they didn’t sell. Then I came across this leather coat that I felt captured the perfect look for my store. I added it to my store, spent time writing my own product description, and posted it to a men’s Facebook Group. Next thing I know, I’m sitting at home and a notification popped up. I checked it and practically leaped from my chair in shock. I had made my first sale! It took me two weeks after opening to make my first sale. The Advice The key to my first sale was persistence. If it doesn’t work at first, try and try again. I think it’s very important to write your own product descriptions, it helps with SEO. My advice for anyone starting out is just to keep trying! Never give up. There’s always room for improvement and success. Yuanda Wang, Tech Dropshipper The Moment My first ever sale happened in my dorm room in university. I had just learned about dropshipping and saw that fidget spinners were selling like crazy. I was a dead broke student at the time so I couldn’t afford to do advertising and was using the Shopify free trial to run my store. My first sale actually came from Reddit, where I posted my a link to my store on reddit.com/r/deals. I was able to make my first sale within the first week of launching my store. The Advice My advice is to do something different and be unique, craft an offer rather than just trying to sell a product. I framed my offer in a free + shipping method, and the thread title was something along the lines of, “This store is giving away free fidget spinners, just cover shipping”. “Everyone is preaching Facebook and Instagram but there are tons of other platforms to advertise with.” Try new things and don’t give up, your next advertising idea that you have could be the way you get your first sale. I had no idea what I was doing but I was motivated. About a week after I officially opened my store, I was on vacation in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and I checked my email and saw that I had made a sale. It was small, maybe only $60 or so dollars, but it was validation. At that moment I realized that this was real and that I could make this work. The Process I hadn’t used any advertising to get this sale, which means in only a week someone had found my product organically. Today, 11 years later I still do not use paid ads to drive traffic. The key to making this sale was that I was filling a gap in the market, because I was one of the first online retailers to sell within my niche. Rodney and Kory, Gaming Dropshippers The Moment Once we launched our website and posted it to our social media accounts sometime around mid-late October, we started getting some organic inbound traffic. We were hoping for some traffic just to get an idea of the bottlenecks in our store, but did not expect to get any sales… until randomly we got our first! The first purchase was for $7.09 and it came through Instagram within the first few days of launching, we instantly texted each other from our homes and celebrated! We knew this was likely just luck, but hearing that ka-ching through the Shopify app on our phones gave us instant motivation to step things up and get ready for the coming Black Friday and holiday season. “We were ecstatic that we actually got someone to trust our website enough to put their payment information down, and this got us thinking that we were actually on to something with potential.” The Process We knew that it would cost us a lot of money to test audiences on Facebook, so instead we took the time to build an account on Instagram that had a highly engaged audience in a niche market. Once we generated a very strong micro audience of a few thousand people we decided this would be the time to test our products and see if the community responds. The Advice For us, we believe that the key to our early success was this focus on generating an organic audience and defining our target market before launching the website. Although this approach may not be the quickest way to generating sales, it provides a very important engine in the background that can help when you start to struggle with your ads and experience ad fatigue. By capturing an audience of a few thousand people for free, you gain the ability to test products and promotions for FREE and gather useful data that you can use to test on a larger scale. Tin Ho, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Moment It was seven days after my launching my store, and I remember being in my room and hearing that ka-ching notification sound. It was exciting because I felt that all the late nights and hard work had finally paid off. It solidified my belief in ecommerce and the dropshipping model even more! The Process The sale came from Facebook ads, where I was testing several different products at the time. Out of the 10 products I was testing, only two of them sold. I believe that the key to getting the sale was that I tested so many different products rather than putting all my eggs in one basket by putting all my money into one product. The Advice My advice to other people that are looking into ecommerce and dropshipping is don’t give up if your first couple of products don’t sell. It may feel like you are spending a lot of money but keep doing your research and keep testing different products. You will eventually find a winning product that sells. All it takes is one winning product. Once I found my first winning product I was able to scale it to make back all the money I invested in testing, and make some profit. Also, remember that you are building a business and in most businesses, you have to invest a lot of money before you see a return. “The great thing about dropshipping is that you do not have to spend thousands of dollars to start and buy inventory to sell, but like any other business you still have to invest.” Zoe Abel, marigoldshadows.com The Lead Up This is actually my fourth Shopify store. I had a store selling face cream, another selling cosmetics, and I opened my third to be an online store to support my brick-and-mortar store. We sold clothing mostly from other brands. I added a few of my designs, and they actually sold better than anything. I realized I was trying to do too much and I wasn’t really passionate about anything I was selling except my own designs, so I sold the first three and opened a fourth store, marigoldshadows.com. The Moment I had the store set up for a few weeks before I got my first sale. I took my time building it and didn’t advertise it for a while. “I was at the cashier at the car wash and heard a ka-ching sound. I looked at the cashier thinking it was her and she looked at me, then I saw my phone and realized it was the Shopify app!” I had spent about $150 with Facebook to get my first sale for $50, which definitely isn’t profitable. Fortunately, it’s gotten so much better. I’ve had to silence the Shopify ka-ching alert! The Advice I think the key to getting your first sale or any sale is to learn who your target customer is, it’s not always who you think they might be. You’ll also find the most success when you sell something you’re genuinely interested in. When I started selling my own designs that I really liked, running a store felt less like work and sales came faster. Read more about how Zoe mastered her business’ Black Friday Sales. Christoph Filgertshofer, 18-Year-Old Pro Dropshipper The Moment I was in a restaurant with a couple friends of mine and suddenly I heard this ka-ching sound out of my pocket. I took my phone out and saw my very first Shopify sale notification. “It was completely crazy for me, because I had already given up hope. I instantly loved the sound, it was a huge motivation for me to push further and get more and more sales.” The Process I used Google ads in the beginning but it didn’t work. So I switched to influencers, which again didn’t really work. Next I tried Facebook ads, but again these seemed to be a failure. Finally after multiple attempts, the first sale came through with a Facebook ad. It was about 2.5 weeks after launching my first store. The Advice Just keep trying different marketing techniques until you find one that works for you. My advice is also to not give up! Look at people who have already succeeded in your niche and replicate what they have done. Ryan Carroll, Swimwear Dropshipper The Moment When I got my first sale I remember I was at home casually eating avocado toast for breakfast. I felt my phone buzz so I checked it thinking it would just be a text message but it was a Shopify notification that I got a sale for $53! I opened my store on January 1st, 2017 and I got my first sale on January 2nd, so it took me less than 48 hours. This sale came through running Instagram ads. The Advice I think the key to getting my first sale was understanding trending products in the fashion industry for my target demographic. For me it was watching what big public figures like the Kardashians are wearing and then selling similar products on my store. Read more about how Ryan runs his business from his laptop anywhere in the world. Tim Vangsness, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Moment When I got my first sale, it was the greatest feeling! I had just spent that night setting up my store, and I had the app on my phone set up so it would give off an alert when I got a sale. I had some ads running, and as I was drifting to sleep I remember thinking, “I can’t wait to check it in the morning!” Just as I was falling asleep, I heard the notification on my phone go off. I don’t know what happened, but it must have just been a massive rush of adrenaline, and excitement, my heart started smashing in my chest almost to the point where it hurt! I checked my phone and it was a $9.50 sale, haha. “But then I couldn’t sleep, and I was straight back onto the website adding more to it. I was up all night that night.” The Process The sale came pretty quickly because I had a good source of traffic, so I was probably getting a few hundred views to the website per day. That traffic took a while to build up, it was probably six months of developing the website to get that traffic. But as soon as I changed the products in the store and starting running ads it happened pretty quickly, probably within four hours. In the end, I had to turn the Shopify notifications off because every time it rang my heart just beat too fast! Read more about Tim’s advice for starting a dropshipping store with $500. Ovidiu Sofron, Multi-Store Dropshipper The Moment My first sale was when I was driving to the store. I had connected my phone to the Shopify app and all the sudden I got that sound — ka-ching! At first I was thinking, “What is that sound?” and when I saw the notification then I got a rush of adrenaline. I was ecstatic, but nervous at the same time. The Advice The first sale took about six weeks after I started my ecommerce store, and came from a Facebook ad. The key to the sale for me was hiring people who understood how Facebook ads really work. Don’t do it blind. “My advice is to know your strengths, and get help in the areas that you’re not strong in.” Ronnie McKenzie, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Moment I think I’d just launched a set of ads on Facebook within the last hour, and I was still launching a slew of other ads. That sale literally came about so quick I was lucky to catch it. I hadn’t even downloaded the Shopify app yet! The sale came from a pair of sneakers I felt particularly confident about. I made that first sale within the first $2 of ad spend! Those sneakers went on to be the best seller in the store, and I had sold over $300,000 in a few months before selling my store. I was super excited to have that initial confidence boost, and it put fuel on the fire to keep me going. I barely slept for the next five months while trying to build my store into a juggernaut. The Advice For someone starting out I would suggest 95% of your effort should be on finding those killer products. “Bad ads will sell good products, great ads won’t sell bad products.” Once our store is set up and super professional, the effort is on product research. There are so many other key factors that need to be taken into account to make it sustainable, however once you get the sales popping it’s much easier to bring in the systems to really make the store work. Scott Hilse, “One-Product” Dropshipper The Moment In my first store, I had a few sales but it ultimately failed. When I got my first sale in the store that really took off I remember I was driving Uber in LA at the time. I looked at my phone and I had two notifications – I had a passenger to pick up, and I had my first sale! It was pretty fast for me, it only took me two days to get that first sale, and it came through Facebook advertising. The Advice I think the key for me was that I kept it simple. I changed my whole approach by focusing on selling one thing first, not many things at once. As the saying goes, “The man who chases two rabbits gets none.” Read more about the simple formula that skyrocketed Scott to success. Nate Schmidt, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Moment I remember I was sitting at my desk (where I was 99% of the time back then) when I got my first sale. It was only $7, but I’m not sure if I’ve felt a better feeling in my life. First thing I did was call my parents and ask them to meet me for dinner so I could convince them to let me take a semester off college. It took about two weeks from when I opened the store to when I get my first sale, which came from Facebook ads. Honestly, I think a lot of it was luck because I barely made any sales on that store after that (it failed). The good news is that the next one I started took off like you wouldn’t believe! The Advice My advice for others is that your first store will almost undoubtedly fail. But it’s a learning process. You have to fail forward and learn from every mistake. Take what you learn and try again and again until you find something that works! Karolis Rimkus, Side-Hustling Entrepreneur The Moment When I first started my running clothing store, I wasn’t sure which products would work. I was going through runners’ forums with my personal profile, reading people’s concerns about their bad running shorts or terrible headbands. I would offer suggestions on what to improve and slide in links to my products here and there. That’s where the first sale came from, and it took me a couple of months to get there. The Lesson Learned The first sale actually came from the Netherlands, and no one bought anything from there ever since! I was also a total noob, and didn’t know how to set up my payments properly. They paid through Shopify Payments, which were unavailable in my country, and so Shopify refunded them the whole amount in a week. But that still counts as a sale, right?! Read more about how Karolis turned his side-hustle into an eight-month trip around the world. Yuliya Chernykhovskaya, Successful Dropshipper The Moment I remember that for our first sale I was terrified because it was a bigger order. Plus everything went wrong. Her order got delayed, then it arrived broken. Then I tried to give her a gift card to make it better, and the gift card wasn’t working. But luckily, as soon as that first sale happened I got a lot more that went smoothly. The Process For that first sale, it took us about two weeks and came from Facebook ads. I spent way too much money on ads for the first two months, and didn’t profit much at all because of that. But I think that helped a lot in figuring out what didn’t work quickly. The Lesson Learned I was very trigger happy with my ads at the beginning. If I woke up the next day and saw that an ad did really well, I’d massively raise the budget. And then if the next day I saw that it did badly and I’d completely kill the budget. And so with the Facebook algorithm that doesn’t really work so well. Now we give it at least three to seven days to really gauge the performance of an ad before we kill it or scale it. Read more about the secrets behind Yuliya and her partner Mike’s successful dropshipping business. Marcelo, Women’s Fashion Entrepreneur My first sale was on the first week that I opened the store! It was a great feeling when I saw and heard the notification, I got so excited and since that moment I knew I could achieve (almost) anything. My first sale came from Instagram, and the sale was due to engaging with Instagram users. I was liking and commenting on their pictures, and trying to think what I would like as a customer. James Holt, Dropshipping Entrepreneur The Lead Up My first two Shopify stores never made a sale. I was listening to the wrong advice and frankly, half-assing it and expecting to make money. Only once I took the time to learn from real experts, invest in an existing store and do Instagram shoutouts (instead of messing around with Facebook ads) did I made my first sale. It took a little time, but once that first sale came, it wasn’t just one sale – the sales notifications on my phone started going off like crazy! I still remember that I was sitting at my desk, where I was supposed to be studying for a high school exam, but I couldn’t take my eyes off my phone as it kept lighting up with sales notifications. The Advice Since then, my advice to everyone is: “Start with Instagram influencers instead of Facebook ads. Transitioning later is easy once you have the data for a lookalike audience.” Regardless of how often I give this advice, most people ignore it. Oh, well. More money for those who listen! Take the Next Step Every entrepreneur’s journey is different, and persistence pays off. Whether it took them four hours or two months, every one of these business owners made it to their first sale. Web Design and SEO Philosophy July 12, 2019 bizadmin Search Engine Optimization Philosophy This is perhaps probably the most critical factor when deciding which company to utilize to enhance your web business or brand identity. Having a search engine marketing or placement company that utilizes ethical search engine optimization techniques or “white-colored hat” methods will make sure that you minimize the danger of being dropped, removed, penalized, deleted, or banished in the search engines. Nobody enjoys waking up glassy-eyed towards the unfortunate reality to be “Google sacked” for breaking or bending the search engines’ implicit rules or explicit relation to service. For more information on-page SEO, visit our website today! Search Engine Optimization Methodology / Specific Expertise Can your expert SEO Company only optimize static websites built in fundamental HTML? An upstanding SEO company may have experience dealing with websites out of all common programming languages and technologies, PHP, ASP, ASPX, HTML, Cold Fusion, Flash, etc. Does your SEO Company have experience optimizing both static and dynamic websites? Can your SEO Company optimize using various e-commerce packages and interfaces, for example, Monster Commerce, Yahoo Stores, OS Commerce, Storefront? Internet, Volusion? Depth Of Optimization / Piecemeal Services Probably the most fundamental search engine optimization companies around don’t perform search engine optimization whatsoever- they’re just submission services which either by hand or instantly submit your site to numerous search engines or directories. Submission companies are usually very affordable since no actual coding, linking, or content development happens on your actual website. Typical prices moment $19.95 to $399 monthly of these submission type services. A mid-level optimization company will get their hands more firmly around the marketing handle by editing code, analyzing keywords, link building, and modifying/writing fresh content for the site. Additionally, they may perform a pinch of off-site optimization, for example, press announcements, article submissions, and blog writing. Typically, firms in the middle-level range charge between $399 and $850 monthly. The most significant level search engine placement firm performs the responsibilities described for mid-level optimization companies but additionally accounts for conversion tracking and analysis. The focus on off-site optimization can also be much higher and time-intensive. Which means that higher-level optimization firms are accountable for finding what’s working and what’s no longer working through the entire customer experience – from initial search through conversion. More man hrs monthly does mean a higher fee that search engine firms must charge to pay for their costs. The typical prices range of these firms’ are $850.00 completely up to $10,000 monthly, but typically, you will be looking at charges over the $1,000 per month range. A piecemeal marketing company is a that treats parts of the optimization campaign separate entities. For instance, an optimization company may charge distinct charges just for “linking” or “content construction.” This piecemeal approach could be harmful. Effective optimization may be the synergy of multiple efforts on multiple fronts, sometimes synchronized, and often in succession. Piecing together different factors of the optimization campaign typically reaps more inferior results than the usual comprehensive strategy. System Of Evaluation / Reporting Nearly all search engine optimization companies cringe at the idea of empowering their customers to judge the work they do. A moral search engine optimization company will the opposite. You will find four tools we advise using together to judge a search engine optimization company’s work/performance. 1.Real-time Statistics / Conversion Analysis Software Seeing traffic gains and conversions instantly could be a helpful window in evaluating the way your SEO Firm has been doing. Getting the opportunity to see who is due your site, from what search engines they’re originating from, and also the exact keyword used inside the search query is a vital tool. 2.The positioning or Visibility Reports Being emailed bi-weekly positioning reports around the specific keywords that you are looking at ranking highly for could be incredibly helpful. A visibility percentage, the percentage of folks that have found you for keywords which are essential for your business – around the Major Search Engines – Google, Yahoo, America Online, and MSN can also be important. Make certain your firm does not past due the automated search engine queries; however, the search engines may think about this spamming their databases. 3.Alexa Rating: You can download the Alexa Toolbar at this time from alexa.com. This provides a solid review of the overall traffic trend during the last three several weeks for the website in comparison with other existing sites. For those who have a completely new website, chances are you won’t have an Alexa rating or visible data whatsoever. The Alexa rating also teaches you, generally, the way your website stacks up- traffic-wise- compared to your competition or industry affiliates. The low your Alexa rating, the greater traffic your site is generating in comparison with other sites within the Alexa world. Please be aware, in case your site comes with an Alexa rating of “1” this does not mean you’re the favorite site on the web- it probably means that you are operating a Yahoo Store- in this situation, it’s identifying Yahoo’s overall traffic, and never your site. An over-all tool such as this can provide you with a fast overall impression of traffic growth and trends. Be cautious though, the figures are generalities (like the television Nielsen Ratings) and never absolute figures. 4.Google PageRank You can download google’s Toolbar at this time by going to google.toolbar.com. Click the options tab and appearance from the “display PageRank” measure. You’ll be able to determine how Bing is rating the significance of your site on the proportions of -10. Being an optimization company proceeds together with your campaign, you should check periodically to determine the way the number is growing. The normal website might visit a PageRank increase of one or two points during the period of an optimization campaign. Bear in mind that it’s simpler to improve your PageRank in the lower ends from the spectrum. While you approach greater PageRanks, it might be harder for the rating to balloon. Research: Corporate Goals / Industry And Market And Keyword Research So how exactly does the SEO Company you’re thinking about perform its upfront legwork relating to your organization, industry, and company goals? Will they inquire about: What your corporate goals (both short and lengthy-term) are, your industry, your competitors. What keywords are presently on your side? What is PPC (Pay Per Click) test presently useful? What are PPC engines (Adwords, Overture, MSN/Live) presently capable? The way your site was created? Is the site dynamic or static? What tools does your SEO Firm employ to do its market and keyword research? What about Wordtracker, WebCEO, or Keyword Elite? How about the fundamental Overture keyword suggestion tool or even the generic Google keyword suggestion tool provided by Adwords. Will they utilize a mix of the fundamental tools? How about proprietary keyword analysis methodology? Have they got dedicated tools which have been coded in-house, or by a 3rd party? Client to Account Manager Ratio Very few SEO companies prefer to publicize their client to account manager ratio. This is the ratio representing the number of clients that every account manager handles at any time. The low the number of clients each account manager assists, chances are, the greater the service and also the greater the amount of personal attention. It is recommended that a search engine optimization account manager supports under thirty clients at any time. Man-Hrs Monthly The amount of man hrs monthly your SEO production department dedicates for your business is vital. It’s greater than smart to inquire about a monthly time allotment estimate before starting an optimization campaign. That which you be prepared to receive and what’s delivered ought to be in line. Company Structure and Size Does your SEO Company contain a notebook together with your account manager exercising of his basement sitting beside a salivating golden retriever? Is the SEO company a bureaucratic nightmare that can make you complete trouble tickets when you need assistance on the place? Your ethical search engine optimization company ought to be anywhere between the sweet place of not very small and never too big. You would like individual attention. However, you would like to understand there’s several minds, calculating the next business moves. Management Does your ethical search engine optimization company possess a solid management team? Have they got a management team whatsoever? Would be the firms you’re thinking about independently held or openly traded? Has the optimization company an absentee landlord or perhaps an active person in the SEO community? It’s not unthinkable to inquire about the resume or resume from the forces that be it can make sense if you’re entrusting this company without only your business; however your livelihood. In the end, SEO practitioners don’t have any board certification that you could depend upon to check on their history. Status / Importance Has your SEO Company received multiple complaints through the Better Business Bureau? Look into the better business bureau reports and find out should there be unresolved complaints. Every so often, clients may file complaints, but we believe that it is the timely handling of those queries that are much more important when thinking about an optimization company to utilize. Past Results / Company SEO Rankings Every SEO Company must have detailed reports regarding recent client successes. The reports will include specifics regarding optimization goals and timelines. Reporting on previous customers also needs to focus within and between multiple industries. Remember to be conscious of basics point – in which a particular client began out before the optimization company commencing an SEO campaign. Maybe the SEO firm itself performing poorly within the search engines? A minimal Google PageRank (below a 5) might be a sign your SEO firm has not existed as lengthy as you might like. References / Company Shelf Existence Every SEO company must have reliable references across industries and fields both in business to consumer industries in addition to business to business arenas. References should originate from not just yesteryear six several weeks but should result from years just before your introduction using the company. In case your SEO firm performs quality work, clients ought to be around for a long time to sing their praises. Costs / Prices Structure / Upfront Charges Costs ought to be in conjunction with the service the company is providing- a la the “Consistent Value Proposition” trained at Yale School of Management. A $49.00 per month campaign operated by a charge card company that doesn’t focus on search engine optimization may not be the perfect choice for a detailed or higher-level optimization campaign. An SEO company also needs to offer only costing after there is an obvious knowledge of your business, goals, and also the work involved. Covered cost structures can result in frustration, unrealized expectations, and eventually, failure. Be also concerned in case your optimization firm requires full 6-month payment upfront to be able to start. The perfect optimization company charges an upfront fee and monthly recurring fee that is corresponding to the services which are being performed. A top quality optimization firm that works in your site utilizing 30-60 man-hrs monthly cannot possibly charge a $49.00 every four weeks to do its services. Redundancy An awful situation from the bird flu hits your unsuspecting account manager exactly where it counts! Does your optimization company be capable of easily transition the present condition of the campaign to a different qualified optimization expert? Every SEO company must have a system in a position where understanding about existing accounts can be simply disseminated in one individual to another. When there does are a catastrophe relating to your account manager, you need to feel at ease that the business is constantly on the prosper whatever the conditions. Qc Every SEO company must have someone overseeing your bank account manager make sure that every last “i” is dotted and each last “t” is entered. Your bank account manager should result in the prosperity of your campaign, but an extra group of eyes can from time to time be required to add yet another factor is hitting the scales in your corner of success. Promises / Results Timeline We have heard SEO companies promise first page listings in the search engines for competitive phrases within 48-Hrs. In case your SEO salesman is overzealous and impractical, it ought to be a sign; this is probably a company to avoid. Gaining search engine listings could be a hard-fought against, time-consuming fight which comes from both diligent work and intelligent planning. Production Staff Quality Production staff ought to be divided between account managers and specialized production technicians. Account managers would be the hub of the optimization campaign direction and implementation. Account managers will be able to perform all the actual coding, linking, and content construction for every client. Being an optimization campaign progresses and increases in complexity, they will be able to make use of their support staff or production department to accomplish specialized work orders for every client. The greater specialized each person in the production department, the greater efficient they’ll be at finishing the work they do (thank Henry Ford with this). Location / Closeness Whenever you call your bank account manager or SEO company, would you pay attention to a curious two beeps before being linked to a person working without air conditioning overseas? A bad sign. It’s vital that you employ a search engine placement firm whose sales force works together using its production department. There shouldn’t be a disparity between that which you were offered and just what was delivered. The SEO guru caring for your account will be able to understand your business, industry, and company goals rapidly, with no overseas static jamming up communications. Your Words Carry Power July 10, 2019 bizadmin Where the word of a king is, there is power… Ecclesiastes 8:4 YOUR WORDS CARRY POWER! In Bible times, a king’s word carried tremendous power. What he decreed would come to pass. It would be done. For example, if he said, “Raise the taxes,” the taxes would be raised. Do you know that we are kings? The Bible tells us that Jesus has washed us from our sins with His blood and made us kings (see Revelation 1:5–6). And as kings in Christ, our words carry power too. When we place our hands on a sick person and say, “Be healed,” the person is healed. When we lay hands on our children and say, “Be blessed,” our children are blessed. There is power in our words because they are the words of kings! When I was a young Christian in my teens, I wanted to practice what I had learned about the power of my words. There was this particular plant near my home, and whenever I passed by it, I would say to it, “Be cursed in Jesus’ name!” Many days passed. And I will never forget the day when I noticed that the leaves of the plant had turned brown! You may want to try this at home with your potted plants, but bless them instead! Since our words carry power, can you imagine the harm we do when we say to our loved ones things like, “You are always so careless,” “You are good for nothing” or “You are so stupid”? We are cursing them! The devil is happy when you use the power of your words against yourself and your loved ones. He wants to see you defeated. So instead of saying, “I am always short of money,” say, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1). Instead of saying, “I am so useless. I can’t do anything,” start saying, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). Beloved, remember that as a king, what you say will come to pass because where the word of a king is, there is power. So learn to say what God says about you in His Word and see His promises come to pass in your life! -Joseph Prince

After this, you replicate each square individually with pencil lines. If you would like the painting to become more prominent compared to the photo, you use bigger squares. Rest and Receive Your Miracle July 8, 2019 bizadmin There remains, therefore, a rest for the people of God. Hebrews 4:9 REST AND RECEIVE YOUR MIRACLE In the healing of the paralyzed man at the pool of Bethesda (see John 5:1–16), Jesus knew that for 38 years, the man had been flat on his back, unable to do anything for himself or others, no matter how hard he struggled. In the case of the woman oppressed with a spirit of infirmity (see Luke 13:10–13), Jesus knew that the woman had been bowed over for 18 years. And in that condition, she saw very little that was beautiful in life, only the dusty ground, dirty sandals, and bruised feet. What about the man with a withered hand (see Luke 6:6–10)? Jesus knew from His carpenter days how a useless hand could have easily given the man a very poor sense of self-worth. I believe that all three of them must have struggled for so long to get back on their feet, to try to lift themselves, to attempt to do something about their situations, only to be disappointed each time they failed. They got so frustrated with striving to get better that by the time they met Jesus, they had probably given up trying to change their situations. It was then that Jesus came and extended His offer to turn their situations around. And when they embraced His offer, they received the miracles that they had sought for so long. You too may have been struggling to get back on your feet or to lift yourself out of the problem that has sorely weighed you down. You have attempted to do whatever you could, hoping that it would amount to something, but you have been frustrated time and again. My friend, God wants you to cease from all your struggling and accept the offer He extends to turn your situation around. It is no coincidence that all three of them received their miracles on the Sabbath, the day of rest for the Jews. God’s Word says, “There remains, therefore, a rest for the people of God.” The day you cease from your laboring and striving, and rest in the finished work of Christ, is the day you receive your miracle. Jesus has done all the work. Whatever you need has been provided for at the cross. So be at rest and receive your miracle! -Joseph Prince
5 Happy Tips to Keep Your Chin Up July 7, 2019 bizadmin Being happy is a necessary trait to have. When you are pleased with a purpose, you become productive. You will attract like-minded people as ‘Birds of a Feather Gather Together.’ Avoid negative, gossiping people and look for a mentor who can show you the way to higher knowledge. You may have to pay for it, and if you are lucky enough, the mentor will take you under his or her wing to teach you the ropes. I am in no position to teach as I am still learning the way of life, working, and getting along. From the infographic, one of the way to keep your chin up is to do something impulsive, out of the ordinary. By this, don’t go overboard and go bungee jumping, for instance. Read a book and learn something new. Keep focusing on it until you succeed. Secondly, have rituals and cultivate good habits. For example, learn a new recipe to cook for your family or read a book on programming and responsive website designing, which is now the trend. Wake up early and exercise before studying and going to work. This will release endorphins, the feel-good hormones, to keep you happy. Thirdly, exercise at least 10 minutes a day like walking your pet dog, or on the treadmill. Even doing housework like sweeping or mopping the floor will burn some calories and help to maintain your weight. Fourth, prevent burnouts by taking coffee breaks and relax your eyes from the computer screen or monitor if you are sitting for too long doing programming or micro-jobs. Rest your eyes and body from the hustle and bustle of working life now and then. It is suitable for you. Finally, learn something new every day. Buy a book and do self-discovery learning (Piaget’s theory), which is the BEST form of education. Otherwise, find a tutor who can speed up the process or people with acquired knowledge that you need to glean. Okay, that’s it for now from my humble point of view with regards to the above infographic.
