EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS

On Sunday, we hear a message that says, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ.” On Monday, we are still confessing, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ.” But come Wednesday or Thursday, we begin to confess our sins! Then, when Sunday comes, we get a fresh revelation of our righteousness in Christ and we start to confess our righteousness again. Why do we do that?

It cannot be that on Sunday, we are righteous. Then, a few days later, we become unrighteous because of sin, but are “re-righteoused” when Sunday comes again. No, our righteousness is an “everlasting righteousness”! Jesus has obtained “eternal redemption” for us (see Hebrews 9:12).

“But Pastor Prince, I have just sinned. How can I still be righteous?”

My friend, it is not what you do that makes you righteous. It is what Christ has done at Calvary. Romans 5:19 says, “For as by one man’s [Adam] disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.” It is the obedience of one Man—Christ—and not your obedience, that has made you righteous!

God wants you established in what Christ has done. He wants you conscious of your everlasting righteousness in Christ. How do you do that? You can listen to anointed messages that remind you of your righteousness in Christ. And don’t just know it in your head. Speak it. Every morning, tell yourself, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ” (see 2 Corinthians 5:21)!

You don’t need a revelation of how sinful you are. You know it when you sin. The devil reminds you of your sins. Even your friends and loved ones sometimes point out your sins. What you need, instead, is a revelation of how forever righteous you are in God’s eyes, especially when you sin.

And when you are conscious of this gift of righteousness that is everlasting, you will reign in life (see Romans 5:17)! You will reign over sin, bad habits, sicknesses, lack and everything that holds you back from a victorious life!

What is the robots.txt file?

The robot.txt file is a text file which should be placed on the web server and tell the web crawlers rather access a file or not.

What is the point?

The robot.txt is a very powerful file to delete the indexing pages without quality content. For example, you have two versions of a page: the one for viewing in browsers and the other for printing. You had better the printing version expunged from crawling, or else you would risk being imposed a duplicate content penalty.

Note: to be applicable; the robots.txt should be placed in the top-level directory of a web server, i.e., https://yoursite.com/robots.txt

How to create a robots.txt file?

As long as a robots.txt file is just a text file, you can use the Notepad or any other plain text editor. You can also create it in the code editor or even “copy and paste” it.

Don’t focus on the idea that you are making a robots.txt file, just think that you are writing a simple note. They are pretty much the same process.

You can create the robots.txt file in two ways: manually and using online services.

Manually: As previously mentioned, you can create the robots.txt using any plain text editor. Create the content, depending on your requirements, and save it as a text file with the name of robots in txt format. It is simple as ABC. Creating the robots.txt file should not be a problem even for beginners.

Online: You can create the robots.txt file online and download it cut and dried. There is a great number of online servers for robots.txt creation. It is up to you which one to use. But you have to be careful and check your file if it contains some forbidden information. Otherwise, the creation of the file robots.txt online can turn into a tragedy. To create the robots.txt, this manner is not that safe, as manually because the file created manually reflects more accurately the structure of restriction.

How to set up a robots.txt file?

The proper robots.txt file configuration prevents the private information to be found by the search engines. However, we should not forget that the robots.txt commands are no more than a guide to action, and are not the protection. The robots of reliable search engines, like Google, follow the instructions in a robots.txt, but other robots can easily ignore them. To achieve the result, you have to understand and use robots.txt correctly.

The correct form of the robots.txt begins with the directive “User-agent” naming the robot that the specific directives are applied to.

Please note that this setting makes the robot use only the directive corresponding to user-agents name.

The user-agent directive provides only the task to a particular robot. Right after the directive, there are the tasks for the named robot. In the previous example, you can check up the usage of the prohibited directive “Disallow” that means “/*utm.” That is how we close the pages with UTM-marks.

As you can see in the example, the tasks in the robots.txt go in blocks. Every block considers the instruction for the certain robot or all the robots “*”

Plus, it is very important to observe the right order of the tasks for robots.txt when you use both directives “Allow” and “Disallow”

“Allow” is the permission directive which is the opposite to the “Disallow” directive, the forbidden one.

This example forbids all the robots to index the pages beginning with “/blog”, and permits to index the pages beginning with“/blog/page”.

You can use the directives “Allow” and “Disallow” without switches, though it will be read opposite to the switch “/”.

So, it is up to you how to create the right directive. Both variants are appropriate. Just be attentive and do not get confused.

Just put the right priorities and point the forbidden details in the switch of the directives.

Robots.txt syntax

The search engine robots execute the commands of the robots.txt. Every search engine can read the robots.txt syntax in its way.

Check the set of the rules to prevent the common mistakes of the robots.txt:

  1. Every directive should begin from the new line.
  2. Don’t put more than one directive on the line.
  3. Don’t put the space in the very beginning of the line.
  4. The directive switch must be on one-line.
  5. Don’t put the directive switch in quotes.
  6. Don’t put a semicolon after the directive.
  7. The robot.txt command must be like: [Directive_name]:[optional space][value][optional space].
  8. The comments must be added after hash mark #.
  9. The empty line can be read as the finished directive User-agent.
  10. The directive “Disallow” (with a null value) is equal to “Allow: /” and means to allow everything.
  11. There is just one switch put in the directives “Allow” and “Disallow”.
  12. The uppercase letters are not allowed in the file name. For example, Robots.txt or ROBOTS.TXT is not correct.
  13. It is inappropriate to put the initial uppercase letters in the directive name. The robots.txt is not so case-sensitive, while the names of files and directories are very case-sensitive.
  14. In case the directive switch is the directory, put slash “/” before the directory name, i.e. Disallow: /category.
  15. Too heavy robots.txt (more than 32 Kb) are read as allowed and equal to “Disallow:”.
  16. Unavailable robots.txt can be read as allowed one.
  17. If the robots.txt is empty, it will be read as allowed one.
  18. Some listing directives “User-agent” without empty lines will be ignored, except the first one.
  19. Using the national characters is not allowed in robots.txt.

As far as different search engines can read the robots.txt syntax in their way, some rules can be missed.

Try to put just compelling content to the robots.txt. Remember that brevity is everything. The fewer lines you have, the better the result will be. And also attend your content quality.

Testing your robots.txt file

To check the correctness of the syntax and file structure, use one of the special online services. For example, Google proposes its website analysis service: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/siteoverview?hl=ru

The robot that Google uses to index its search engine is called Googlebot. It understands a few more instructions than other robots.

To check the robots.txt file online, put the robot.txt to the root directory of the website. Otherwise, the server will not detect your robots.txt. It is recommended to check your robots.txt availability, i.e.: your_site.com/robots.txt.

There is a huge amount of online robots.txt validators. You can choose any.

Robots.txt Disallow

Disallow is the prohibitive directive that is frequently used in the file robots.txt. “Disallow” prohibits to index the website or some of its parts. It depends on the path given in the directive switch.

The special symbols * and $ are allowed in the Disallow directory switch.

* – any quantity of any symbols. For example, the switch /page* suffices /page, /page1, /page-be-cool, /page/kak-skazat.

$ – points to the switch value correspondence. The directive Disallow will prohibit /page, but the website indexation /page1, /page-be-cool or /page/kak-skazat will be allowed.

robots.txt file

If you close the website indexation, the search engines can react with “URL restricted by robots.txt” error. If you need to prohibit the page indexation, you can use not just robots txt, but also the similar HTML-tags:

  • meta name=»robots» content=»noindex»/> — not to index the page content;
  • meta name=»robots» content=»nofollow»/> — not to follow the links;
  • meta name=»robots» content=»none»/> — forbidden to index the page content and follow the links;
  • meta name=»robots» content=»noindex, nofollow»/> — equal to content=»none».

Robots.txt Allow

Allow is opposite to Disallow. This directive has a similar syntax with “Disallow”.

I celebrate the occasion by watching a movie above starring Jackie Chan. Well, the show took 2 hours or so and the graphics were entertaining, albeit poor storyline. Nevertheless, it was entertaining to watch in the Premiere Class of GSC. Many cinema goers came in red clothing, and some families bought the same design red t-shirts to show unity and solidarity. This is the first Chinese New Year that we celebrate without dad’s presence as he had gone to be with the Lord on 17th December 2018 last year.

They all swear that regular exercise is an integral part of their success.

In fact, in a recent blog post, Branson said: “I seriously doubt that I would have been as successful in my career (and happy in my personal life) if I hadn’t always placed importance on my health and fitness.”

Science backs this idea too. Studies show that regular exercise can improve your mental health, your memory, your energy levels, and make you feel happier overall.

They’re all attractive propositions, and they aren’t just limited to CEO’s – everybody can reap the benefits of regular exercise.

So let’s take an in-depth look at how regular exercise can benefit entrepreneurs across the globe, how you can start building a daily exercise routine for yourself, and which exercises other successful entrepreneurs swear by.

Exercise Increases Your Energy Levels

Trust us – exercise can be even better for increasing your energy levels than that giant cup of coffee you have every morning.

Wait, how can that be true?

Well, every time you workout your body releases endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine.

They might sound fancy, but they’re usually known as “happiness hormones.”

If you’ve ever completed an intense workout and felt fantastic, even though you’re exhausted, you know first-hand what those happiness hormones feel like when they’re rushing through your body.

And it isn’t just happiness you’ll be feeling after you’ve been exercising – you’ll also feel energized and ready to complete more tasks in your day.

It might sound surprising, but exercise increases your blood circulation and strengthens your heart muscle. This, in turn, makes it easier for your body to create energy – a win-win situation for you.

So, if you regularly dedicate some time out of your week to workouts, your body will learn to naturally release more endorphins, faster, which will leave you with more energy to achieve more in your day.

Exercising Increases Your Creativity and Concentration

 

It turns out that those happiness hormones aren’t just great for increasing your energy levels – they’re also great for getting your creative juices flowing.

Once you’ve finished your workout, you’ll be primed to tackle tasks which require creativity, and you’ll have the energy to follow them through to completion.

But it isn’t just after a workout when you’ll notice a spike in creativity – you’ll likely notice that you’re much more focussed during your workouts too.

One little trick which I’ve found helps to take advantage of the heightened focus that I feel during a workout is to bring a notebook with me on my workouts.

This helps me in two ways:

  • I can follow my planned exercises and jot down any details that I feel are important about how my body feels each day.
  • I have a place to write down any new ideas that I come up with, or scribble down any new strategies that I come up with that could help me conquer the day ahead.

Of course, a notebook isn’t a requirement – I could take my phone with me to the exercise equipment.

That is if I didn’t get distracted so easily.

Honestly, I’ve found that bringing my phone with me to fiddle with during the breaks between my exercises is such a productivity killer.

If I take my phone with me I find that my workouts take longer, are less intense, and I’m even less likely to complete everything that I wanted to achieve. None of that is ideal.

Regardless, you’ll experience heightened focus when you workout – make sure you take advantage of it.

Exercise Is Great for Mental Health

Entrepreneurship can be stressful, as can any profession.

The reality is: there will always be a few high-priority tasks that you’ll need to take care of on any given day.

It can be easy to focus on the never-ending flow of work that you’ll need to complete.

And, we’ve already spoken about regular exercise and the benefits that it can bring your physical health.

But regular exercise can also work wonders for your mental health too – especially when it comes to dealing with stress.

You’ll have an overwhelming sense of wellbeing after you’ve got your heart rate up.

You’ll be able to use exercise as a detachment tactic, and you’ll be able to detach yourself from your daily worries and focus on something entirely different for a little while. Something that you can feel is working towards bettering yourself.

And you’ll be able to take the energy that you’d typically spend worrying about how much work you have, or how well you need to perform, and focus it into improving your health for the future – both mentally and physically.

Exercising in The Morning

Getting up early to make sure I get my workout in eliminates one of the most significant problems that I faced in the past – feeling too tired at the end of the day to even go to the gym.

I know, I know. It’s tough to wake up early.

Are you waking up even earlier to get a workout? Unthinkable.

But it’s like the old saying goes: “The early bird gets the worm.”

I used to be a serial end-of-day exerciser, but I’ve never thought about looking back since I switched to morning workouts.

There are a few reasons why I’ve loved the switch, and no, it’s not because I enjoy torturing myself.

First of all, I find that morning workouts set an excellent tone for the day.

I once saw a speech from Admiral William McRaven, who spoke about how making your bed is the most important task of your day.

Sure, making your bed every morning might seem trivial, but it adds consistency to your routine, and it allows you to accomplish something right after you wake up.

I see morning workouts the same way, except even more effective. Let me tell you, an hour workout will give you a much higher feeling of accomplishment than making your bed will.

You’ll also need to consider that evening workouts, especially those who fall later than 8 p.m., could end up disrupting your sleep.

And, perhaps most importantly, morning workouts tend to be much easier to stick to.

If you’re anything like me, the vast majority of your social commitments and gatherings will occur in the evenings.

Of course, that means you’ll need to choose between a meeting with the pull-up bar or your friends at your favorite dive bar.

Don’t put yourself in that situation – just get your workout over and done with in the morning.

 Building an Exercise Routine

It’s clear that incorporating regular exercise into your routine can benefit you both physically and mentally.

But if you’ve never really been into exercise, or you’ve struggled to stick to a routine in the past, it can be difficult to picture yourself taking advantage of those benefits in the long-term.

The research found that it only takes 66 days to integrate a health and fitness routine into your life.

On the face of it, 66 days might seem like a long time, but let’s break that figure down.

Sixty-six days is 18% of your year.

So, if you start a brand new health and fitness routine at the start of January and stick at it, you’ll have integrated it into your life at the beginning of March.

Imagine how the rest of your year would go if you’ve already made such a positive impact so early on.

When you look at it from that perspective, 66 days seems like nothing.

But, as with most things in life, the best way to set yourself up for success to plan.

Let’s take a look at how you can build an exercise routine which works for you.

 Set Your Goals

Your first step to building an exercise routine that you can stick to is to come up with a goal that you want to achieve.

Maybe it’s dropping a few pounds, gaining some muscle, or getting fitter for a sport.

Whatever it is – make sure you write it down and stick to it.

Your goal will be your north star – it’ll be the thing that you turn to when you’re searching for motivation.

Choose Your Workout Times

An essential part of creating an exercise routine that you can follow consistently is setting aside the times of day when you want to hit the gym.

Find gaps in your schedule which you can dedicate to working out, and try your best to stick to them.

And remember to listen to your body. If you’re not feeling well, or you’re tired, maybe it isn’t a good idea to do your full workout.

It is vital that you still show up – an incomplete workout is much better than no exercise at all.

Choose Exercises Which Match Your Goals

Once you’ve set aside the goals that you want to achieve and the times when you’re going to work towards them, you’ll need to figure how you’re going to meet them.

There are plenty of free resources available which can provide you with workout tips and tricks depending on your goals.

I like watching YouTube videos whenever I’m looking for new exercises (because videos help me to understand the mechanics of the exercise better) or some motivation.

Don’t Be Afraid to Have Fun

 The last thing you want when you’re exercising is to feel bored.

That’ll sap your motivation, and hamper your progress.

If you feel like you aren’t enjoying your workouts, try to switch up the exercises.

You can also try working out with a friend, going to a fitness class, or joining a sports team.

There are a lot of options available, so try tinkering with your routine to find what works for you.

How Successful Entrepreneurs Exercise

Now, let’s take a look at the exercise routines of some of the most successful entrepreneurs on the planet.

Tony Robbins

 Award-winning author and entrepreneur Tony Robbins spends just 15 minutes per day on his workouts.

But what they lack in length, they certainly make up for in intensity.

Here’s what he once said when he was introducing his workout routine to somebody:

“You should feel like you’re about to die, but you’re not.”

Yikes.

It’s a tough workout, and it’s not recommended for everybody, but Robbins swears that it’s an integral part of his success.

Richard Branson

English entrepreneur Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group, incorporates his exercise into his morning routine.

Branson mostly partakes in exercises which increase cardiovascular endurance, like tennis and kitesurfing, and focuses on “having fun.”

And, it’s important to note that he always tries to follow up his workout with a healthy breakfast – something which we believe is integral to a productive morning routine.

Mark Zuckerberg

Facebook’s CEO is a firm believer of the benefits of exercise in entrepreneurship.

He once said: “Doing anything well requires energy, and you just have a lot more energy when you’re fit.”

He tries to get in at least three workouts per week and usually opts for running sessions with his dog, Beast.

Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey is another entrepreneur who swears by exercise because she wants to “feel alive.”

Her rule is that she tries to do something every day which helps her to feel active – this commonly translates into yoga sessions and trying to hit 10,000 step count.

 When it comes to exercise, the key is to find out what works best for your body and your schedule and forming a habit around it.

How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World

Following the events of How to Train Your Dragon 2, Hiccup continues to rescue dragons with his fellow dragon riders and friends in order to bring them back to Berk and create a bustling dragon and human utopia. Unfortunately, his efforts have also resulted in the island becoming severely overpopulated with dragons. In a response to the overcrowding, Hiccup desires to find the “Hidden World”, a safe haven for dragons that his late father Stoick told him about. Meanwhile, a white female Fury[9] dragon, held captive by warlords, is given to infamous dragon hunter Grimmel the Grisly as bait for him to capture Toothless for the warlords’ use as an alpha.

Toothless discovers the female Fury (dubbed a “Light Fury” by Astrid) in the woods around Berk and the two quickly becoming enchanted with each other; yet, the Light Fury senses Hiccup’s presence (him having followed Toothless) and flees. Hiccup and Tuffnut later discover Grimmel’s dragon traps in the woods. Grimmel visits Hiccup that night, but the latter has prepared an ambush to capture him; Grimmel manages to escape burning down Hiccup’s house and most of Berk in the process. In response, Hiccup rallies Berk’s citizens and dragons to leave Berk on a quest to find the Hidden World and safety from dragon hunters.

Mid-journey, the Berkians discover an island which they initially plan to rest on; soon, though, they decide to settle there, even if only temporarily. Seeing Toothless’s inability to fly solo hindering his growing relationship with the Light Fury, Hiccup rebuilds an automatic tail for him. Upon receiving the tail, Toothless flies off, meeting the Light Fury on his own and flying with her to an unknown land. Valka, on a scouting patrol, notices Grimmel’s approaching army, quickly reporting back to warn Hiccup. Hiccup and the dragon riders head to capture Grimmel; yet, they fall into his trap, barely escaping. Ruffnut is captured, but irritates Grimmel until he lets her go. Unknown to Ruffnut, she has accidentally revealed the Berkians’ new location, and Grimmel secretly follows her.

Hiccup and Astrid search for Toothless, finding the Hidden World and seeing Toothless and the Light Fury leading the dragons there as alphas and mates. However, the two are soon discovered, with Toothless being forced to leave and take Hiccup and Astrid back to the Berkians. Hiccup realizes his people wouldn’t be safe living with dragons in the Hidden World, and moreover, have no business intruding upon the dragons’ home. Suddenly, Grimmel, having followed Ruffnut, appears and captures Toothless and the Light Fury.

With Astrid’s encouragement, Hiccup sets out with the dragon riders to stop Grimmel and his army and save Toothless, the Light Fury, and all the captured dragons. Gliding in on wingsuits, the group catch Grimmel’s army off-guard, igniting a massive battle. Hiccup frees Toothless, while Grimmel drugs the Light Fury into obeying him. Hiccup and Toothless give chase; after a heated aerial duel, Grimmel tranquilizes Toothless midair. Hiccup, realizing he cannot save Toothless by himself, frees the Light Fury instead and implores her to save the Night Fury. Hiccup and Grimmel plummet to the ground with Hiccup fully prepared to sacrifice himself in order to save Toothless. The Light Fury, however, unexpectedly returns to save Hiccup as well while Grimmel falls to his apparent death.

The battle won, back on the island, Hiccup fully realizes that the dragons will likely never be safe in the human world and the Hidden World is where they truly belong. With great sadness, Hiccup and Toothless bid farewell to each other as all of the Berkians set their dragons free. Toothless and the Light Fury then lead the dragons to the Hidden World. Some time later, Hiccup and Astrid are married as the Berkians settle permanently onto their new island.

Years later, Hiccup, Astrid and their two children sail across the sea to visit Toothless, the Light Fury, and their three offspring at the edge of the Hidden World; Hiccup vows that until mankind can coexist peacefully with dragons, the dragons will stay hidden while the Berkians guard their secret.

SUPERABUNDANT SUPPLY IN YOUR AREA OF LACK

Are you facing a lack in any area of your life, be it finances, health or relationships? Know that in that very same area, God has already prepared His superabundant supply which will abound toward you, and on top of that, His grace and more of His grace!

In John 6:1–13, Jesus was with a large crowd of people who were hungry. The problem then was a lack of food. But Jesus knew that where there is lack, there is superabundant supply in His Father’s kingdom to overcome that lack.

His disciples, however, did not know that. They did not think the same way as Jesus did. They told Him that there was a boy with five loaves and two small fish, but they did not think that that would amount to anything. They said, “What are the five loaves and two fish among so many?” (John 6:9).

They saw only the problem, the lack. But Jesus took the little, lifted it up as He looked to heaven and gave thanks to His Father, whose supply is so much more than we can ever ask for.

When Jesus started distributing the little that was in His hands, a miracle happened. Five thousand men, not counting women and children, ate as much as they wanted and for as long as they were hungry!
